We want to ensure that your shopping experience is enjoyable and that you will be 100% happy with your purchase. If in the event of one of our products being unsuitable in your home, we are delighted to extend a 14-day return period on all items stocked on our website.  

Please note, we are unable to accept returns on sale, discounted, made to order or bespoke items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original or replacement packaging. 

On large furniture items such as ottomans & headboards, we are happy to offer a collection service using one of our own delivery drivers. The return fee is payable by you to the driver upon collection of the item. Once received, we will process your refund within 10 business days to the original payment method.

For cushions, you are responsible for the cost of returning your items. We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service as we are not responsible for lost parcels. Please ensure that these are returned in the original or suitable replacement packaging in which they were received.

To initiate a return, follow the 3 simple steps below:

STEP ONE

Email us at returns@pebbleandsash.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a returns form by email. 

STEP TWO

Please pack and return your item in its original unused condition along with your completed returns form.

 Please note:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us a photograph and request either for a refund or an exchange. Any faults with the item need to be reported to us immediately, no greater than 24 hours after delivery.
